Sometimes we think we need more time especially to relax, but this is not true.
Naturally we are meant to relax while we sleep, but that’s not true neither. I am sure you have woken up in the morning feeling restless as if our body would have moved all night. You might even feel as if you haven’t closed your eyes the whole night. Or your jaw hurts because we have clutched your teeth all night under the daily pressure whilst sleeping.
